  1. Pilot Month Pricing Calculation
  2. Secure Checkout
    • Complete the payment process to initiate onboarding.
  3. Sign Required Documents
    • Execute essential agreements, including:
      • Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
      • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  4. Access Setup & Collaboration
    • Join Trello Board – Stay organized and track progress.
    • Bitwarden Credentials Setup – Secure login credentials for relevant tools.
  5. Kickoff Call
    • We will confirm your: Carriers, FMOs, Agents, Uplines, Comp Plans, and any special rules and circumstances.
  6. Pilot Month Execution
    • We complete the Full Service for your review.
  7. Pilot Month Review & Completion
    • Review the outcomes, suggest any necessary adjustments, and share your feedback.
  8. Contract Offer
    • Based on insights from the Pilot Month, we may refine the Full Service structure before moving forward.
  9. Agreement & Long-Term Commitment
    • If satisfied with the Pilot Month, a 1-year contract is signed.
    • Choose from monthly, quarterly, or annual payment plans, with a 10% discount for quarterly payments and a 20% discount for annual payments.
